About Lisa
I found my passion in life when I became a Realtor®! Never has a career been so rewarding and actually a lot of fun to do.As much as I love Real Estate, I am very thankful for my previous career simply for what it taught me and how perfectly if prepared me for Real Estate. In my previous career I was a manager/ director of Organizational Development and Training for large organizations. In these positions I was able to fine tune many skills such as managing departments, people, budgets and projects. My training background of course meant that I had to be a natural communicator and listener, able to facilitate and entertain large groups and of course be extremely professional. I always enjoyed teaching because it also meant that I got to excel at the courses I taught such as negotiating skills, communication skills and customer service. I have always been known in my professional life as the master of customer service and customer service delivery. I am proud to say that customer service is still my number one priority and on the forefront of all my business dealings.
About Emma
Emma is a registered and certified therapy animal. Even though we are a team, I have to say Emma does most of the work. I take her to care centers for the elderly, a rehabilitationcenter for brain injury patients, and to a deaf and blind school to work with the children there. Emma 
performs her "magic" in that she makes people smile and laugh, encourages people to do their exercises and even gets people to talk again for the first time after a stroke or accident. Emma is so good at what she does, that she received an "outstanding service" award in 2001.
On a more personal note, I am very proud to say that I was born and raised in Utah and still love this state. Enjoying the mountains by skiing in the winter and hiking in the summer is what I love to do. I also play the piano and love to read and I actually have fun pulling weeds and working in my garden.
Finally, I feel most proud to tell you about my volunteer work as a pet-partner team for Intermountain Therapy Animals. Of course, being that I'm part of a "pet-partner team" means that I couldn't do my volunteer work without my wonderful and truly incredible dog, Emma, who is a registered and certified therapy animal.
Designations
All of Lisa's hard work, great customer service and advanced education has earned her several top producer awards from Prudential Real Estate and RE/MAX and an Honor Roll and Honor Roll Plus award from the Salt Lake Board of Realtors.
Certified Residential Specialist (CRS)
The CRS designation is earned upon completion of several courses and also meeting other criteria that includes established production levels and years of experience as a Realtor®.
Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR)
The ABR designation is earned upon completion of the required course. This course focuses on all aspects of buyer representation.
Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI)
The GRI designation is earned upon completion of several courses and coursework that covers a broad array of real estate topics, including real estate law and marketing and servicing listed properties.
Accredited Home-Staging Specialist (AHS)
The AHS designation is earned after completion of a required course and test. This course focuses on Equipping agents with the knowledge, tools and skills to ensure that their listings are fully prepared to be shown in the best possible light , to sell for the best possible price and to sell more quickly.
Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES)
The SRES designation is earned upon completion of the required course and other prerequisites. This course focuses on meeting the special needs and concerns of maturing Americans.
